Hello There! I’m Sophia, I am a Rhode Island based Lash Artist. I was certified in July of 2018 and have been lashing full time ever since. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy: Clients must give a 24 hour notice for cancellations, failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the service. Clients who no call no show will be charged 100% of the service. All Full Sets Require a nonrefundable $50 deposit that will be credited to the appointment upon completion, any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit and a new one needs to be made to book another appointment. Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds as this is a service being performed. The time is finite and the products are single use. If any issues arise please reach out to me for a complimentary touch up or of necessary to set up a removal.
